Cyber Insurance Program Director

Job Summary

Owning the Cyber vertical and its P&L, the full-time salaried Cyber Insurance Program Director will manage the strategy, partner selection, and program design while proving and scaling embedded distribution and sourcing brand partnerships in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy and manage the P&L for the Cyber vertical, including submissions, bind rate, and premium
• Scale the embedded distribution model from manual submissions to a repeatable process across the security ecosystem
• Source and negotiate partnerships with platforms requiring cyber coverage, structuring commercial terms and revenue share

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber insurance underwriting, broking, or program management
• Direct experience building or launching a cyber insurance program
• Strong knowledge of cyber risk, including ransomware, data breaches, and network security failures
• Experience working with carriers and securing capacity agreements
• Demonstrated ability to source and close partnerships effectively
