Cyber Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex Cyber Liability claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Specialist will oversee the full claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Cyber Liability claims
• Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, client attorneys, and Public Adjusters while preparing reserve and settlement authority requests

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in specialty claims or ability to handle unique/challenging claims issues
• Active Adjusters' licenses or willingness to obtain them as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
