Job Summary

Managing moderately complex Cyber Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist will oversee the entire claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while working remotely and ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Cyber Liability claims
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters while preparing necessary documentation for approval

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with 5 years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in specialty claims or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Willingness to obtain necessary adjuster licenses as required
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims processing
• Experience with claims and business software
