Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner for audits, all while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
• Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program by identifying and communicating risks to inform business leaders
• Transform compliance into a continuous, automated process using AI for evidence collection and control testing

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a leadership role within governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of process improvement in governance or compliance functions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
