Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time role, the Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, ensuring effective performance and direction
• Own and communicate the enterprise cybersecurity risk program to prioritize risks for business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards, ensuring they are practical and relevant

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
• Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record of improving processes within governance, risk, and compliance functions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
