Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching for optimal performance
• Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize actions confidently
• Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven capability using automation and AI for real-time assessments

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
• Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
