Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk and Compliance team, the full-time Cyber Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team while setting direction and coaching members
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize effectively
- Develop and maintain security policies and standards, ensuring they are practical and followed by the organization
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on background in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit within an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of at least one major security or compliance framework (e.g., NIST CSF, SOX ITGC)
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
