Cyber Manager - Governance Risk Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cyber Manager - Governance Risk Compliance will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders, primarily working onsite with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
• Own and communicate the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, enabling informed risk prioritization by leadership
• Transform compliance into a continuous, automated process, utilizing AI for evidence collection and control testing

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
