Job Summary
Supporting proactive monitoring of clients' environments, the full-time Cyber Security Analyst I will analyze, track, and mitigate external threats remotely using a multi-tenant SIEM and other security tools.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document security alerts and incidents in customer environments
- Serve as an incident coordinator for urgent security events requiring response and remediation
- Provide continuous feedback on security processes and maintain effective communication during external consultations
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
- Basic understanding of query languages and general knowledge of programming operations
- Experience or education in System Networking
- Working knowledge of Office 365
- Must be a U.S. Citizen residing within the United States or its Territories
