Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Cyber Security Engineer will perform cybersecurity activities in support of the Xacta application suite, including application administration, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting for enterprise deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Support client application administration and troubleshoot the Xacta Software Suite and its integration with security processes
• Collaborate with team leads and clients to translate functional needs into technical security solutions
• Provide technical and programmatic Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Services to ensure network and information security systems are maintained

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus two years of cybersecurity-related experience
• Experience in Linux administration and scripting or coding
• Strong organizational skills and a professional attitude towards customer service
• A Technology Certification for any operating system, cloud, or security (e.g., RHEL, Windows, Sec+, CISSP, AWS, Azure)
