Job Summary
To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time Cyber Security Engineer will provide technical engineering and systems integration support for insider threat tools and User Behavior Analytics solutions, working remotely to safeguard critical assets against internal risks and malicious acts.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and continuously tune behavioral risk models and anomaly detection heuristics within the UBA platform
- Aggregate and correlate high-volume data streams to detect anomalous user behavior and construct chronological user timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate response workflows and ensure adherence to privacy regulations during data integration
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Detection Engineering, or related technical roles
- Proficiency in Python or Go for automation, along with solid SQL skills for data query and correlation
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and configuring UBA/UEBA systems
- Understanding of data exfiltration vectors and endpoint telemetry
- Eligibility to access sensitive information, requiring US citizenship
