Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cyber Security Governance Analyst will represent Cyber Security governance interests within project delivery teams, document client requirements, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to produce clear governance documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Support governance processes, coordinate meetings, and maintain documentation to ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Gather and document business, technical, and operational requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable user stories and workflows
- Draft and maintain governance standards, procedures, and documentation while managing document libraries and version control
Required qualifications
- Experience in governance, cybersecurity, program management, or related business functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Jira, and Smartsheet
- Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in gathering stakeholder input and converting it into structured documentation or platform updates
