Cyber Services Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of internal projects, the part-time Cyber Services Operations Project Manager will drive the successful planning, execution, and operational coordination of key initiatives, including onboarding outsourced services and improving the Cyber Services ticketing platform, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycles, resource coordination, and deliverables tracking for internal projects
• Facilitate communication between Cyber Services leadership, third-party contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Produce accurate project status reports and support operational reviews and governance compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, consulting, or professional services engagements
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience with project management platforms such as Scoro, OpenAir, Jira, or Microsoft Project
