Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time salaried Cyber Threat Mitigation Lead will manage threat surface management initiatives, drive down security risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in translating vulnerability and threat intelligence data into actionable burndown campaigns with clear ownership and timelines
• Support application and infrastructure teams in interpreting mitigation requirements and validating implementation in compliance tools
• Lead the threat surface management squad, mentoring analysts and enhancing team capabilities through technical expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security
• 5+ years of experience in threat surface management, vulnerability management, or cyber defense
• 3+ years of experience in driving remediation or mitigation campaigns across teams
• 3+ years of experience with threat intelligence and exposure data application for prioritization
• Hands-on experience with security control platforms such as EDR and SIEM
