Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Management Analyst - SME, Cyber Workforce, the candidate will design and establish frameworks and career pathways for the Cyber Talent Management Office while working in a hybrid remote and onsite environment near Fort Meade, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Establish the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework as the common language for cyber work roles and align it with other frameworks
- Design proficiency-based cyber career paths and develop upskilling and reskilling training approaches to address workforce gaps
- Assist in drafting policies and strategic action plans to advance the workforce model and ensure data interoperability across systems
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field such as cybersecurity or human capital
- Minimum ten years of specialized experience in cyber workforce frameworks and workforce development, with five years at a senior/expert level
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- Experience designing career pathways and drafting policy in a DoD or federal environment
- Working knowledge of workforce data standards and privacy protection requirements
