Cybersecurity Advisor
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing the security posture of Falcon Complete customers, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Advisor will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and document customer-related issues to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and align customer Falcon environments with Falcon Complete standards
- Provide recommendations to customers for improved security and remediation of product components
- Document and resolve customer issues while developing service reports as requested
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
- Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
- Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
