Cybersecurity Advisor

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer security posture, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Advisor will assess Falcon environments, provide recommendations for improved security, and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards while managing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and align customers' Falcon environments with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide security improvement recommendations and document customer-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
• Experience with threat detection and incident response
