Cybersecurity Advisor II
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing customer security, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Advisor II will assess Falcon environments, provide recommendations for improved security, and document customer-related issues while collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assess customer's Falcon environment to ensure compliance with Falcon Complete standards
- Provide recommendations to customers for improving their security posture
- Document and resolve customer-related issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role
- Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
- Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response
