Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across various environments while working in a hybrid setting based in San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments
• Conduct tactical analysis of EDR telemetry, log sources, and forensic artifacts to determine the root cause of incidents
• Deliver clear and professional customer communications during incident response activities

Required qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in incident handling and response across various security events
• Strong understanding of attack vectors and threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Experience with forensic analysis tools and basic malware analysis
• Knowledge of operating systems, particularly Windows internals
