Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will triage and respond to security alerts, conduct tactical analysis, and communicate effectively with customers while working remotely in PST or MST time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear and professional communications as the primary point of contact for customers
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across various environments
• Conduct analysis of telemetry and forensic artifacts to support incident remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• Foundational knowledge in incident response processes and threat landscape awareness
• Understanding of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Familiarity with identity management platforms and email security awareness
• Ability to complete technical tasks independently and a desire to grow in both technical and soft skills
