Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

To strengthen the organization's security posture, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst will monitor security alerts, manage vulnerability lifecycles, and support compliance initiatives in a fully remote role based anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts across SIEM platforms, managing the vulnerability management lifecycle and supporting endpoint security tools
• Assist with SOC 2 Type II compliance activities and NIST Cybersecurity Framework assessments, maintaining information security policies and conducting risk assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices and prepare reports on security metrics and compliance posture

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in information security with exposure to security operations and compliance functions
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management tools like Tenable Nessus or Qualys
• Understanding of SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Familiarity with common cyberattack techniques and defensive security controls
