Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time Cybersecurity Analyst I will triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts while delivering professional customer communications in a remote setting for candidates located in PST or MST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and respond to security alerts across various environments, including endpoint and cloud
- Conduct tactical analysis of EDR telemetry and forensic artifacts to identify the scope of compromise
- Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasure execution
Required qualifications
- BA or BS / MA or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience and training
- Foundational knowledge in incident handling and response processes
- Understanding of operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux
- Familiarity with network analysis tools and protocols
- Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills
