Cybersecurity Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Assistant Manager will design, implement, and enhance cybersecurity controls while providing hands-on technical support across various security domains in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide technical support for endpoint detection, network security, identity management, and incident response
• Assist with engineering standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with hands-on experience in security engineering or operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or a regulated industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, threat detection, and incident response
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Zero Trust principles, and relevant regulatory requirements
