Cybersecurity Assistant Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time hybrid Cybersecurity Assistant Manager will manage the design, implementation, and operation of cybersecurity controls while providing technical support across various security domains including endpoint, network, and cloud security.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide hands-on technical support for security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and data protection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with hands-on experience in security engineering or operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or regulated industries strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and principles, including NIST and Zero Trust
• Ability to translate risks and regulatory requirements into clear technical controls and measurable outcomes
