Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing global security, the full-time Cybersecurity Associate Analyst will triage and respond to security alerts, conduct tactical analysis, and deliver professional customer communications while working remotely or onsite in St. Louis, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear and professional communications as the primary point of contact for customers
- Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across various environments
- Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry and forensic artifacts to support incident remediation efforts
Required qualifications
- BA or BS / MA or MS degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Foundational knowledge in incident response processes and security event investigation
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and network protocols
- Familiarity with identity and access management platforms and email security practices
- Experience or coursework in programming/scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
