Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

To enhance security operations and integrate cybersecurity into product delivery, the full-time Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity will lead security strategy, manage risk compliance, and oversee DevSecOps initiatives while working in a hybrid or onsite capacity near Scottsdale, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and efficient security practices
• Lead security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management
• Manage governance, risk, and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and continuous compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of transitioning security organizations to embedded, DevSecOps-style delivery
• Strong background in SOC operations and incident response, including managing MDR/MSSP providers
• Deep knowledge of identity and privileged access management, as well as governance frameworks like PCI DSS and NIST CSF
