Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity, this role will manage security operations, governance, and DevSecOps to integrate security into product delivery while ensuring compliance and reducing business risk in a hybrid or onsite environment near Scottsdale, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise security strategy, focusing on automation and managed services to enhance efficiency
• Lead the transition to an AI-assisted Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage incident response and threat intelligence programs
• Oversee compliance programs and vendor risk management, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and security best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership roles managing security teams
• Proven experience in transitioning security practices to a DevSecOps model
• Strong background in SOC operations, incident response, and managing third-party security providers
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and NIST CSF, along with cloud security knowledge
