Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Summary
To support client cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Engineer will implement and enhance Microsoft security solutions, particularly Purview, while managing engagements and delivering hands-on configuration and assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Purview engagements, including current-state assessments and phased rollouts of security capabilities
- Implement and harden Microsoft Defender XDR and Entra ID security tailored to client operating models
- Produce client-ready artifacts such as gap analyses, implementation plans, and operational handovers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in senior consulting or professional-services delivery with accepted client artifacts
- Hands-on implementation of Microsoft Purview in a production or client environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Defender XDR, including Defender for Endpoint and additional components
- Experience with Entra ID security, including Conditional Access and identity protection patterns
- Ability to assess requirements and recommend practical target configurations for clients
