Cybersecurity Engineer
Job Summary
Providing critical support to the Command, Control, Communications (C3C)/Kessel Run division, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Engineer will manage ISSO duties, maintain cybersecurity certifications, and ensure compliance with DoD security guidelines while working onsite at Offutt Air Force Base or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out ISSO duties and enforce Air Force cybersecurity policies and countermeasures
- Manage user access documentation and ensure compliance with security configuration guidelines
- Conduct risk assessments and support RMF Authorization & Accreditation activities
Required qualifications
- Must be a US citizen with a Secret Level Clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the DoD with knowledge of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of Agile methods, including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps
- Experience with STIG compliance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation
