Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity measures across global operations, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Engineer will design, implement, and optimize security technologies while collaborating with various teams to improve threat detection and incident response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support security technologies across various environments including endpoint, network, and cloud
• Develop and optimize threat detection use cases and alerting capabilities within SIEM and MDR platforms
• Act as a senior technical resource during cybersecurity incidents, assisting with investigation and forensic analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations within a complex enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as EDR/XDR, SIEM, and IAM
• Experience developing automation using Python and/or PowerShell, including REST API integrations
• Strong understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework and its application to threat detection
• Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud security concepts (Azure and/or AWS)
