Job Summary
Supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Engineer - Federal will manage cybersecurity functions including vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection within an air-gapped network environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee vulnerability management and incident response processes to ensure robust cybersecurity measures
- Collaborate with Cyber Defense teams and customers to develop best practices and maintain consistency across environments
- Conduct threat hunting and detection activities to proactively identify and mitigate security threats
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical security consultancy, security operations, or threat detection
- 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience
- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Top Secret cloud environments
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, with an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly preferred
