Cybersecurity Engineer I

Job Summary

To support an Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Engineering team, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Engineer I will design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and IAM platforms
• Provides technical expertise and support for cybersecurity solutions, including operational aspects of the software
• Conducts technical assessments of systems and applications to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in enterprise-scale information security engineering, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with programming and development platforms such as Git, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, and SQL
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance mandates, including HIPAA and PCI
• Understanding of Security Engineering Principles, including risk management and vulnerability management
