Cybersecurity Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time hybrid Assistant Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering will design, implement, and improve cybersecurity controls while providing hands-on technical support across various security domains and acting as a backup for cybersecurity engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide hands-on technical support for endpoint detection, network security, identity management, and incident response
• Assist in developing engineering standards and secure configurations while managing team performance and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with hands-on experience in security engineering or operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or a regulated industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and cloud security
• Ability to translate risks and regulatory requirements into technical controls and measurable outcomes
