Cybersecurity Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time hybrid Assistant Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering will manage the design, implementation, and operation of cybersecurity controls while providing technical support across various security domains to protect member data and enterprise infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide hands-on technical support for security measures including endpoint detection, network security, and incident response
• Manage team direction, including work intake, prioritization, and performance input while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security into projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with hands-on experience in security engineering or operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or regulated industries strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NIST and PCI DSS
• Ability to translate risks and regulatory requirements into technical controls and measurable outcomes
