Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Governance Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, ensuring effective risk identification and communication
- Develop and maintain security policies and standards, enhancing compliance through automation and AI
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of formal people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance
- Hands-on background in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
