Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Governance Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes through automation and AI, and serve as a primary security partner for audits and risk assessments in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, providing direction and coaching
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to business leaders
- Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and effective
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or related fields
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risks clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
