Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Governance Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering an environment for optimal performance
- Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, ensuring effective risk identification and communication to senior leaders
- Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and relevant to the organization
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in people leadership within governance, risk, and compliance or related security functions
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
- Familiarity with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
