Cybersecurity GRC Director
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function, the full-time remote Cybersecurity GRC Director will manage cyber risk assessments, compliance audits, and client trust initiatives while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the cyber operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and mature the cyber risk register, transitioning from qualitative to quantitative risk assessment
- Oversee the annual compliance calendar and maintain a continuous compliance posture that is always audit-ready
- Lead the transformation of GRC operations through AI and automation to enhance efficiency and program quality
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in information security, with at least 7 years in a GRC leadership role
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-framework compliance programs at a Director or equivalent level
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required
