Cybersecurity GRC & Privacy Manager
Job Summary
Leading strategic advisory engagements, the full-time Cybersecurity GRC & Privacy Manager will manage client relationships, oversee governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, and enhance technical cybersecurity capabilities in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GRC and privacy engagements, including planning, execution, and executive reporting
- Design and operationalize cybersecurity governance models and build enterprise risk programs
- Assess technical security controls and connect control gaps to business and regulatory risks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity GRC, technical risk, privacy, or compliance consulting
- Experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
- Working technical knowledge across cloud security, IAM, network security, and incident response
- Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other sector-specific privacy requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams in a client-facing environment
