Cybersecurity Instructor

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality virtual instruction, the remote Lead Instructor: Cybersecurity will prepare and lead online lectures for diverse learners, collaborating with operations personnel to ensure exceptional learning outcomes while managing class dynamics and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct virtual classroom sessions for large groups, delivering tailored instruction on technical skills
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth program delivery and assist in curriculum development and improvement
• Maintain a dynamic online presence, responding empathetically to learner needs and fostering a positive learning environment

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field or a related area
• Degree in a technical field
• CompTIA Security+ certification or related certifications (e.g., CISM)
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Familiarity with topics such as Networking, Kali Linux, and Endpoint security
