Job Summary
To strengthen and oversee the security program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Lead will manage vulnerability remediation, lead incident response efforts, and enforce cloud and identity security policies while collaborating with engineering and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the triage and remediation of security findings, integrating them into engineering workflows
- Lead incident response efforts and manage communications regarding security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Establish and enforce cloud security posture and identity management policies across AWS and Microsoft Azure
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with cloud security in AWS and Microsoft Azure, including IAM and security monitoring
- Proven track record in end-to-end vulnerability management and incident response
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Ability to review application code and server configurations to assess security risks
