Cybersecurity Lead Specialist

Job Summary

Providing cybersecurity expertise, the full-time IT Security SME / EHR Cybersecurity & ATO Lead will manage security controls, access management, and compliance activities while supporting the ICE EHR Program remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and perform research, design assessments, and security engineering assignments in cybersecurity
• Lead the implementation and sustainment of security controls and vulnerability management across complex technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate security activities across systems engineering and delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree and 15 years of relevant experience required
• Experience leading cybersecurity engineering and compliance activities in complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record in assessing technical solutions and managing remediation efforts
• Experience providing technical leadership for complex security or systems engineering efforts
• Education and experience may be substituted for each other based on applicable labor-category equivalency requirements
