Seeking mid to senior-level Cybersecurity Litigation Attorneys for a full-time hybrid position, who will manage litigation related to data breaches and technology issues, including class actions, while demonstrating expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity law.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation cases involving data breach and technology-related issues
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, ensuring compliance with state-level privacy laws
- Provide superior client service and handle matters from inception with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience focused on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation
- Preferred law firm experience and CIPP/US certification
- Knowledge of state-level privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA
- Strong academic background with demonstrated writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
