Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to optimize performance
• Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program by identifying and communicating risks to prioritize actions effectively
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards, ensuring they are practical and adhered to across the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security functions
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
