Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, and implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching members
- Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks for prioritization by leadership
- Reimagine compliance as a continuous capability, utilizing automation and AI for evidence collection and control testing
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security function
- Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
