Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set direction and coach the Governance, Risk & Compliance team to foster optimal performance
- Identify, quantify, and communicate cybersecurity risks to enable informed decision-making by the CISO and business leaders
- Implement automation and AI to enhance compliance processes and risk assessments, moving towards continuous evidence-driven capabilities
Required qualifications
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Proven ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of improving processes within governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
