Cybersecurity Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner to various stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, fostering a productive work environment
- Manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to enable informed decision-making
- Transform compliance into a continuous, evidence-driven capability through the use of automation and AI
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of people leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
- Hands-on experience with major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
- Ability to assess and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of process improvement in governance, risk, or compliance functions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
