Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading a Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes using automation and AI, and serve as the primary security partner for internal and external audits while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching members
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to inform leadership decisions
• Reimagine compliance as a continuous, evidence-driven capability using automation and AI for real-time assessments

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work within an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of at least one major security or compliance framework (e.g., NIST CSF, SOX ITGC)
• Ability to assess and clearly communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
