Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will manage the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as the primary security partner for audits, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, setting direction and coaching team members
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, identifying and communicating risks to prioritize effectively
• Implement continuous compliance practices using automation and AI to enhance evidence collection and control testing

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal leadership experience in governance, risk, and compliance or a related security function
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise setting
• Knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and communicate risk clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
