Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading and growing the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will own the enterprise cybersecurity risk program, reimagine compliance processes, and serve as a primary security partner to various stakeholders while working primarily onsite with some flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction for the Governance, Risk & Compliance team, coaching members to enhance their performance
• Identify and communicate cybersecurity risks to enable informed decision-making by CISO and business leaders
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards that are practical and adhered to across the organization

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people leadership in governance, risk, and compliance or equivalent security function
• Hands-on experience in governance, risk, compliance, or security audit work in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of major security or compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF or SOX ITGC
• Ability to assess and communicate risk effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
